Want to be truly serious about losing weight with just 3 simple weight loss rules? Losing 15-20 pounds in a month, especially belly fat, is not only realistic but is easy if you follow these rules.

1. Eliminate ALL Sugar

This includes high fructose corn syrup, organic cane sugar, honey, maple syrup, fruit juice, high sugar fruits, agave, potatoes any any foods that contain these ingredients. Read labels carefully and check the grams of sugar.

2. Eliminate ALL Grains

This includes wheat, corn, rice, oats, quinoa, etc. Regardless of whole grains and organic claims, don’t be fooled by any reference to “gluten-free.”

3. You Must Eat More Fat To Lose Fat

This will include grass-fed butter, coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, avocado oil, lard, heavy milk cream, bacon, and high-fat cheese. But most important- MCT Oil at least 3 times per day.

Your diet should contain an adequate amount of protein-rich foods–eggs, chicken, turkey, fish, beef, pork, and cheeses, plus nuts and seeds (including nut and seed butters). Also, include plenty of vegetables. Whey protein shakes without sugar are acceptable.

A Problem Sweeping the Nation

It is now becoming a well-recognized fact that obesity is becoming one of the leading health problems in the world. Being excessively overweight will result in diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, and dozens of other severe ailments.

This was becoming a noticeable problem by the 1980s and continues to spiral out of control today with an almost 40% obesity rate among American adults. Especially troubling is the widespread number of overweight children. One in five children will wind up obese by their teen years.

There is no doubt that widespread availability of highly processed, cheap government subsidized foods are contributing to this problem. The problem must be recognized as the result of eating far too many refined grain-based foods and far too many sugar-laden snacks and drinks–pizza, bread, pasta, sodas, chips, candy, etc.

Adding to this problem is the basic lie spread by food companies, the medical profession and government agencies who advised us to cut down on or eliminate fats altogether.

This advice is 100% incorrect as hundreds of recent clinical studies have proven–reducing our national fat intake has resulted in an even greater rate of obesity.

The best way to work our way out of this problem is to reduce our new weight loss philosophy to a very simple slogan–NSNG. No sugar. No grains.

By consuming no sugar and no grains and increasing fat consumption, it will force your body to burn your own stores of fat as energy.
