What do you think of when you hear the word detox? A juice cleanse? Colonics? A specific diet?
While these can all be helpful in their own ways, detox is much more extensive than something you do for just a few days. Detox simply refers to the removal of toxins and in the world we live in toxins are pretty much everywhere? So the question remains, where can we start and how do we remove toxins when they're all around us?
This week we talk with one of our new employees, Chris Wilson. Chris is passionate about helping educate people on chronic illnesses and their potential causes. After his wife became ill without any explanation, he was determined to find out as much as possible about the root causes of chronic illness.
