My journey into health coaching was inspired by my own experiences overcoming health challenges and witnessing the healing power of nutrient rich foods. I am deeply passionate about helping others unlock their potential for vibrant health and well-being. When not working with clients, I enjoy exploring nature, spending time with family, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, gardening, reading, and experimenting with exotic and nutrient-dense recipes in my kitchen.
