I’ve had an interest in fitness and nutrition since 2016. I started distance running after moving from Texas to Colorado. Running was a chance for me to test my limits and a chance to find peace in my very busy life. Since I started running I began to learn and pay closer attention to the food I was eating and supplements I was taking. Since I started running I have completed several half marathons, marathons, and an ultra-marathon relay race. I believe in taking care of the body by giving it what it needs to perform the best which in turn leads to a more full life. I moved to Chattanooga at the beginning of 2018 and was pleased to find Nutrition World not only as a place to find what I needed for supplements but also a great place for learning more about how I can better take care of myself. My areas of expertise focus on personal daily health, endurance sports, and learning something new every day!
