With a background as a collegiate soccer player and a degree in Exercise Science, she understands firsthand the importance of fueling the body for strength, resilience, and long-term wellness. Her mission is to help others develop a healthy relationship with food, empower them to take control of their well-being, and become the strongest version of themselves—physically and mentally.

Julia is a Certified Nutrition Coach with a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and brings a unique, empathetic perspective to her practice as someone who has recovered from an eating disorder during her collegiate athletic career. Her approach integrates sports science, clinical nutrition, and behavior-focused interventions to foster long-term health.

As a former collegiate soccer player, I once struggled silently with an eating disorder, despite appearing strong on the outside. That experience sparked my passion for nutrition and my commitment to helping others heal. I believe food is more than fuel—it’s a powerful tool for empowerment, recovery, and joy. Now, as a nutrition coach, I have turned my past into purpose, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to nourish their bodies and thrive in every season of life.
