About our guest:

Jenny Olson is a nationally board-certified holistic nutritionist with over a decade of experience in the wellness industry. She has served as both a public health educator and a nutrition therapist. Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Northern Colorado and then went on to get her master’s in nutrition therapy from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado. In addition to her background, Jenny runs a virtual private nutrition therapy practice where she works one-on-one with clients to develop comprehensive nutrition and healing programs, often more complex cases the require deep personalization and bio-individuality, but always with a goal to empower with the crucial tools and knowledge to cultivate lifelong vibrant health. Jenny currently serves as a clinical liaison and lab consultant with Microbiome Labs, where she supports practitioner education and training. Hailing from Colorado, she enjoys running and hiking and all things mountains. She approaches life with a position of curiosity and growth, always trying to ask “what can be learned and what can be taught.”
