I became interested in nutrition and a holistic lifestyle in the mid 1970's. We started organic gardening and I preserved our produce by canning, fermenting, drying and freezing. We also raised chickens and goats.
I have worked in the nutrition industry since 1979. I have been with Nutrition World since August of 2000. I completed the nutrition course at NPU University as well as other educational opportunities that Ed has provided.
As a senior citizen I am passionate about helping others manage age related issues and diseases. I still enjoy gardening and any activity that gets me outside.
