With a new year comes an influx of people wanting to make major changes in their health and wellbeing. Chief among those changes is almost always weight loss. Losing weight and keeping it off can be an extremely difficult journey. It’s one that requires hard work and shift in mindset when it comes to eating and fueling our bodies.
