I have always had an interest in sports nutrition and performance, and have seen the positive changes in my body when I make healthy choices. As I've gotten older, I've made a lifestyle change where I'm eating more whole foods and nutritionally balanced meals. This combined with supplements and exercise has allowed me to manage some health concerns more naturally, avoiding the need for prescription medication. I am happy to be a part of the Nutrition World team and look forward to learning more about sports nutrition, health, and general wellness.
