Trying to conceive can feel overwhelming, especially with so much conflicting information online. Join Katy Poole, DNP, FNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner and Fertility Consultant, for a practical, evidence-based class that explores fertility through a functional and holistic lens.
Rather than simply waiting and hoping, you’ll learn how nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, inflammation, metabolic health, and other underlying factors can influence your fertility—and what you can do to optimize them.
In this one-hour class, you’ll learn:
- The most common reasons fertility struggles occur today—from ovulation disorders and hormone imbalances to egg and sperm quality, PCOS, endometriosis, inflammation, and stress
- How nutrition and lifestyle can support reproductive health for both women and men
- Red flags that suggest it’s time for a more comprehensive fertility evaluation
- Important questions to ask your healthcare provider to ensure nothing is being overlooked
- When IVF may be appropriate—and when addressing underlying issues may improve your chances naturally or enhance fertility treatment outcomes
- Simple, evidence-based strategies you can begin implementing immediately to optimize your fertility
Whether you’re hoping to conceive in the near future, have been trying for months, are preparing for IVF or egg freezing, or simply want to better understand your reproductive health, you’ll leave with practical tools, greater confidence, and a clearer roadmap for your next steps.
About the Instructor
Katy Poole, DNP, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner and fertility consultant who has dedicated her career to helping individuals and couples optimize their fertility through an evidence-based, whole-person approach.
After experiencing miscarriage and infertility herself, Katy immersed herself in the research to better understand the many factors that influence fertility beyond standard medical treatment. She discovered that many patients never receive education on nutrition, lifestyle, metabolic health, inflammation, environmental exposures, or other modifiable contributors that can significantly impact reproductive outcomes.
That experience—combined with supporting a close friend through egg freezing—inspired Katy to create a practice focused on empowering people with the knowledge, testing, and personalized strategies they need to navigate infertility, prepare for pregnancy, improve IVF outcomes, or preserve fertility with confidence.
