I believe most of our medical problems are coming from nutrient imbalances, toxin exposures, inactivity, unrelenting stress, emotional dysregulation, and/or spiritual disconnection. Most doctors won’t touch these issues, and I’m willing to help you figure out what changes you need to make to build the health and longevity that you want.
I don’t want to take the place of your family doctor, but I do want to assist them in the education and lifestyle modification aspect that they just don’t have time for anymore. We were taught to use that as a first line therapy, but most have given up hope that people can make changes to their own health. If you’d like to take charge of your health, come and see us. We will give you as much information as we can and help guide you down the path to good, lasting wellness.
As a former processed food expert, I was fairly unhealthy and overweight at 210 lbs with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I decided to solve it myself and unknowingly started my health journey with 1. Intermittent fasting daily, 2. Biking for 30 minutes daily, and 3. Calorie restriction with calorie counting. That dropped my weight down to 150, got me off medication for blood pressure, and reduced my cholesterol to near optimal levels, all without medications or a doctor's help. That was 5 years ago and my journey has continued to even better health and I’m ready to help you do the same. I think the key is good habit building and discipline building and the good health will come as a result of that effort.
