Thera draws on her extensive experience as a nurse and family nurse practitioner to strengthen our consultant team. Thera serves as a health coach at Nutrition World and applies her Health Coach and Nutritionist certifications from the International Sports Science Association to guide clients through insulin resistance challenges and lab work analysis. She empowers each person to adopt sustainable lifestyle changes that improve blood sugar balance.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Southern Adventist University. In addition, she built a diverse clinical background in primary care, sleep medicine, and geriatrics, which gives her a comprehensive understanding of patient needs.
In 2024, Thera expanded her integrative skills by completing the Holistic Health Practitioner program at Trinity School of Natural Health. Today, she unites conventional medicine with natural strategies, helping clients achieve optimal metabolic health and long-term wellness.
