My approach to wellness is holistic and ancestral using nature, nature's medicine, and science based fact.
My interest in herbal medicine and holistic health began in adolescence and has evolved into a lifelong professional focus. As a former multi-sport athlete and practicing personal trainer and nutritionist, I recognize nutrition and fitness as a foundational pillar of health, performance, and vitality.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Medical Anthropology, a discipline that examines human health across cultures and historical contexts, with particular emphasis on dietary practices, healing traditions, and medical systems.
I approach health through the belief that the body is inherently designed to heal. By aligning nutrition, movement, and strategic supplementation when necessary, we can support the body’s natural intelligence and restore balance.
