My interest in exercise and nutrition began in high school. I have always been fascinated with understanding biochemical processes and so pursued study in both biology as well as nutrition throughout college. Seeking an opportunity to work in the field of health and nutrition, I immersed myself into understanding the intricacies of the human body. I thoroughly enjoy assisting those who would pursue health goals of their own, and I will forever be drawn to understanding the question of what it means to be a human person in every aspect.
