We want to help give you the tips you need to realize that healthy cooking doesn't have to be boring! It can be fun, flavorful, and exciting - all while still trading the "fat" for "flavor". We are sure that after you take this class, you will keep your resolution to eat healthy in the New Year!

This is not exactly the beginning of the year; but it is still the beginning of 2020...and it's never too late to make a resolution. Plus, all resolutions have to start somewhere - and if you haven't started, this is a great place to resolve to eat better! On a personal note, both Chef Jeff and Chef Joe have had to resolve at one point to lose weight to better our lives. They kept their resolutions - not by starving themselves or by eating grass - but by making food that tasted great and that was healthier for them in the long run. They resolved to make healthier food decisions; to quit eating junk food; to start exercising; come and let us show you how they did it!Join us to Kick-Start better eating by learning to make delicious and healthy food!
