Since 2007,  Karen L. Wilson has been a certified Tai Ji instructor. She is certified by Dr. Zibin Guo.

Mrs. Wilson has studied Tai Ji Quan since 2002

Tai Ji offers a gently moving exercise, that engages both mind and
body. Because of its positive influence on mental well-being and
physical health, Mrs. Wilson is a strong proponent of the practice of
Tai Ji.
